Board member induction

This course addresses the challenging subject of board member induction.

Every organisation needs an effective board or governing body and one of the keys to effectiveness is ensuring that new board or governing body members are able to play their new role to the full as soon as reasonably possible.

The course is aimed principally at corporate secretaries, because much of the work of ensuring effective induction will fall to them. But the course will also be of use to chairmen and other directors. This training will provide practical guidance as well as practical discussion and case studies.
