Saket Modi
Saket Modi is a London-based financial trainer and consultant. He has designed and facilitated workshops for finance professionals from over 50 countries in North America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. Saket specialises in financial reporting and analysis (IFRS/IPSAS), including financial instruments and insurance contracts. He has spent considerable time working, advising and training in matters relating to IFRS, and delivered workshops for corporate, banks and similar financial institutions, public sector organisations, and professional services firms. Saket has facilitated courses on ESG reporting and IFRS impact of climate change for organisations globally. Saket has written material on IFRS for Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and was invited by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board® (IAASB®) to present on IFRS 9 at their board meeting in New York.
Kirill Slavin
Kirill Slavin is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, holds an MBA from Cambridge University and is an Associate Member of the Cambridge University Centre for International Business and Management (CIBAM). He has got twenty years of experience in accounting and finance gained in senior positions in, inter alia, Wang Laboratories, PepsiCo Inc., Deloitte & Touche, Kaspersky Lab and DiamondCluster International (now PwC’s Diamond Advisory Services) in London, Vienna and Moscow. Kirill Slavin is a Director at Slavin and Associates Limited, a London based management consultancy specialising in business strategy and company value management. He regularly speaks in Cambridge and London both academically and to business executive audiences. His areas of expertise include IFRS, management accounting, corporate finance, risk management and corporate governance.
Olga Pestretsova-Blotska
Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor, World Bank Expert, Consultant to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Olga is a recognised expert in strategic and financial management, controlling, management accounting and business process optimisation. For over 25 years, she has been helping companies in Ukraine and Eastern Europe to build effective management systems and make data-driven strategic decisions. The lecturer's portfolio includes hundreds of completed projects and more than 50 business training courses conducted annually for leading companies, including ATB, Biofarma, Askania, QPartners, TAS Agro, Shchedro, Varus, Monsanto, Podolsky Cement, and many others. Key areas of professional activity: - development and implementation of corporate strategies; - building systems for controlling, management accounting and budgeting; - implementation of financial and operational management; - application of LEAN, Kaizen and Agile approaches in management; - development of motivation systems and corporate teams.
